To assist the Operations team in data visualization and support daily fund management activities.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data analytics and visualization solutions e.g. Qlik, and Power BI.
• Gather requirements from different departments to create tailored visualizations and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by integrating data sources and implementing validation processes.
• Continuously optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide timely insights.
• Assist in the execution of fund administration tasks, including monitoring portfolio performance and generating reports.
• Support the operations team with data analysis related to fund management activities.
• Participate in daily operational workflows to ensure the smooth functioning of fund-related processes.
• Engage in training programs to develop a solid understanding of asset management operations.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating insightful and visually compelling dashboards that provide actionable insights for all organizational units and also support daily activities in our fund management business.

Skills Requirements:

• Proficiency in BI Products i.e. Qlik, Power BI, and related tools, with a strong understanding of data transformation and data calculations.
• Experience in data visualization, report building, and dashboard design.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles or interest in asset management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a related role in a financial services firm is an advantage.
