• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Architect and develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems
• Optimize system performance, security, and reliability
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Lead code reviews, ensure coding standards, and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Research and implement emerging backend technologies
• Assist with any other duties as assigned

• Expertise in modern backend frameworks and languages (Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of API design, distributed systems, and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

 

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong portfolio
